THE CAPACITY OF THE SOEKARNO-HATTA AIRPORT INADEQUATE

The capacity of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport is inadequate. Current density of passengers in the terminal, traffic landing and takeoff aircraft that tight, until the aircraft parking capacity is insufficient practical. According to data from PT Angkasa Pura II mentions the year 2003 the number of passengers reached 19.7 million people while the installed capacity of Soekarno-Hatta Airport is only 18 million people per year. In 2009 already 37 million people. Already 19 million passengers over capacity. In 2010, passenger flow was 44.27 million people. As for the period January-October 2011 was 41 million people.
