There are three constraints that inhibit the growth of industry in Indonesia
namely land acquisition,
licensing, and logistical problems.
Industry can fail built because land acquisition and licensing problems that
still convoluted. The high
cost of logistics also became a serious problem.
Therefore industrial development strategy relied on three things. First, the industry spread to
regions outside Java. Second, the
strengthening of the industrial structure.
